CaraWheat Malt- Weyermann® is a medium caramel malt made from malted wheat. With a Lovibond rating of 45.5° L, it has been steeped and kilned to create a caramel malt with a distinct wheat aroma and flavor that adds color. It's designed for dunkelweizen and hefeweizen, and can be used at up to 15%.
